Wendy Li (Founder)

Sara

A mother of three who first discovered Pilates during her own postpartum recovery. Today, she’s certified in Reformer Pilates and posture adjustment therapy, specialising in safe, corrective training for busy mums and working adults.

Niki

Once a full-time office worker in Taiwan, Niki knows first-hand the toll of sitting long hours. Pilates helped her undo years of stiffness — inspiring her to become a certified instructor so she could help other desk-bound professionals do the same.

Yuqi

Started Pilates and yoga to ease pain from high-pressure work and studies. Now a certified instructor in Pilates Reformer and therapy-based training, Yuqi helps students release stress, improve posture, and rediscover energy in daily life.

Jade

After years in the hotel and F&B industry left her body tense and fatigued, Jade turned to yoga and Pilates. Certified in Reformer and therapeutic movement, she now teaches with empathy — helping students find relief and resilience.

Vicky Zhang

With over 15 years of yoga and Pilates experience, Vicky brings a calm, mindful approach to movement. Certified across multiple modalities, she focuses on posture, alignment, and helping students balance both body and mind.
